The Phineus Beta 1.0 for Windows Installer is available for download below.
At
present the following MLST schema have been tested
and are included with Phineus ( feedback,
improvements and changes are appreciated, as they allow
further tuning of the settings for these organisms):
If
you have an MLST scheme which you would like to use
with Phineus and would be willing
to act as a BETA tester please contact the developer.
It
is hoped that all MLST organisms will be available
within Phineus as soon as possible.
A Phineus
Administration package
will be made available shortlyenabling the
backup, updating and bulk submission of strain details
to MLST.net.
Mac OS X users and those running UNIX systems, should contact the developer in order to obtain binaries and install instructions for their systems.
Phineus
has pre-requisites for various software to be installed
in order to function so to check and install the
pre-requisites please choose your operating system

*Windows Vista -
Due to incompatibility issues between PostgreSQL and
Windows Vista, at present we only support installation
on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
We hope to resolve these issues
shortly.

party software required for running Phineus successfully.
